At Crown Jewellers, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection does not meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewellery in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous tracking labels are visible.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier location; once received at our vault, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
